Matrix 6500H™ Overview

The Matrix 6500H Dip and Dry Platform for Combustible Liquids has been specifically developed for the application of hazardous or flammable liquids used in the coating of continuous web. A remote electrical control enclosure containing both the system operating controls as well as the safety monitoring devices operates under positive internal pressure to eliminate the intrusion of hazardous fumes. Provisions within the electrical control enclosure allow for monitoring of facility requirements as an option. Negative pressure fume containment with high efficiency exhaust work in conjunction with monitoring devices to create safe and efficient liquid application and drying processes. The system safeguards are triple redundant, fully self-monitoring and fully automatic. The highly efficient drying and fume removal system allows for accelerated processing speeds and superior performance.
