Controller will work with on-site Directors and off-site stakeholders to ensure sound accounting practices.  Controller will oversee Assistant Controller, Accounts Payable Clerk and HR/Payroll Clerk.

Production Manager

Production Manager will oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing group to ensure processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.  Production Manager will build rapport with Engineering, Materials Management, Sales and Accounting.

Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer, under the general direction of Engineering Manager, is responsible for the complete design cycle ownership of precision automation equipment. This responsibility includes completing machine designs and detailed drawings as well as BOM’s within the planned time schedule as required for customer orders.


The Mechanical Engineer must be able to interpret complex engineering specifications and apply those specifications to the design of components and sub-assemblies using sound design principles, creative and independent judgment, and generate accurate detailed drawings and BOMs. These drawings and documents will be generated using SolidWorks and completed in a manner consistent with Kinematic Automation standards, policy and procedure. Must be able to develop documentation and collaborate with Controls Engineering as required to develop machine control systems.


This position will require the ability to effectively communicate with customers, manufacturing staff and vendors to gather and disseminate necessary information related to projects. Mechanical Engineer will be required to research, select and requisition commercial parts as well as be responsible for managing his/her time and to report any adverse progress of the completion of tasks to the Engineering Manager.



Education and Experience - High school or higher degree. Minimum five years experience in complete design cycle ownership of Mechanical design packages typical of precision automation equipment. Experience with precision and high-speed material handling equipment required.


Skills - Required: General computer literacy, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MS Office, machine design. Preferred: machining techniques, fabrication techniques, high speed material handling, web handling experience, coating, laminating, slitting.

Experienced Machine Builder / Field Service Technician

Full time opportunity to build custom pharmaceutical packaging equipment.



  • Build electrical panels and the wiring of electrical devices.
  • Read pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical assembly drawings.
  • Build mechanical assemblies’ to print.
  • Pneumatic & hydraulic panel building and plumbing of valves and cylinders, etc.
  • Participate in the start-up, troubleshooting, and debugging related to the assembly process in accordance with company safety procedures.
  • The ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • The desire to improve skills.
  • It also requires the ability to handle attention to detail
  • Experience working to close tolerances and making equipment adjustments to meet those tolerances.
  • Experience in building and trouble-shooting automated assembly equipment.
  • Interact with shop floor and design personnel for engineering issues/drawing updates to aid in machine build activities.
  • Maintain quality and ensure all work activities are completed according to the procedures or best practice.
  • Red-line mechanical and electrical prints as required.



  • Machine building and or technical field service required.
  • Vocational school or junior technical college training in the related industry is a plus.
  • Physical Demands
  • This position may require constant standing and frequent walking, kneeling, bending, crouching and twisting.
  • Maximum lifting weight can reach about 50lbs, maximum carrying weight is about 30lbs, and the maximum pushing and pulling weights can reach 100-150lbs.
  • Capable of climbing in overhead structures, to working beneath machines and in close quarters performing to complete machinery build and repair work
  • Occasional international and domestic travel for Field Service responsibilities (suspended due to COVID-19)


Working in this position requires a very strong ability to work alone and self-supervise as well as the ability to supervise others.
